RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

Gaby & Grace offers free returns in the US within 14 days of delivery. Please see below for our return policy.

We truly hope you love everything you ordered, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. No worries, we’re here to help make it right!

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel your order, just reach out as soon as you can!

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll gladly cancel it and issue a full refund. We usually ship orders within 24 hours, so please don’t wait to contact us!

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery (or purchase for in-store items). Here’s how it works:

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags still attached

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at customerservice@gabyandgrace.com.
    • Include your order number and a quick note about why you're returning the item (we love feedback!).
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label and let you know when it needs to be dropped off by.

Sending It Back

  1. Print the return label we send you.
  2. Pack up the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  3. Attach the label and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.
  4. Keep your drop-off receipt just in case!

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

EXCHANGES

Want to swap your item for something else? We’ve got you!

  • Exchanges follow the same 14-day timeline as returns.
  • Just email us with your order number and what you’d like to exchange it for.
  • Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.

Please note: While we cover the return shipping label, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the new item being sent out. We’ll email you a quick invoice for that before we ship.

We’ll get your new item on its way as soon as we receive the original one back in perfect condition!

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items marked as SALE or purchased with a discount are FINAL SALE and can’t be returned or exchanged.
