Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
CANCEL MY ORDER
If you need to cancel your order, please notify info@gabyandgrace.com before 2 pm CST on the date the order was placed. We will process a full refund if notified, as mentioned. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped we are unable to change your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not HAPPY with our products, items can be returned up to 7 days after the shipping confirmation date for a refund, as store credit or exchange only if unworn, unwashed, with tags in original packaging and condition.
Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless defective; in this case, please email us at info@gabyandgrace.com immediately within 5 days after shipping confirmation to let us know about the defective item. We will work with you to replace the item or for an exchange. We will be responsible for emailing you a shipping label to return merchandise only in case of damage.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage or returned goods. We pack all our shipments with care and kindly ask our customers to do the same when they need to return goods. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and optional insurance on returns.
ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE. Discounted items are considered final sales with no exception. In the case of an Exchange, we will credit you with a gift card to be used as your preference in the store. Your Packing Slip must be enclosed with your return so that we know whom to credit. Shipping via a trackable manner is recommended as items returned to us that are not received are the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.
