Business Days: All business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next available business day.
We ship from Galveston, Texas, USA and are in the CST time zone.


Shipping Options & Rates

We offer several shipping options within the Continental U.S. Below are the approximate shipping times. Please keep in mind our processing times as well.

Free Shipping applies to orders over $75 (after discounts), using Standard Shipping, and within the Continental U.S. only.

3–6 business days, Standard Shipping: $5.99

1 Business Day Shipping (Texas only): $8.99

2 Day Expedited Shipping: $18.00

Overnight Shipping: $36.00

USPS Priority Service (2–3 Business Days): $8.99


Processing Times

Standard Orders: Ship within 2–6 business days

Expedited Orders: Ship within up to 48 hours of the business day after your order is placed. Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST or on the weekend will be processed starting the next business day (Monday for weekend orders, except on official holidays).

Bracelets (Made to Order): Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.


International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌍
Shipping costs for international orders will be processed through Shopify Marketplace rates, which offer incredibly competitive shipping costs.

To find out the exact shipping cost, simply add your items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you’ll be able to see the shipping rate before completing your purchase.

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on the shipping service you choose.

Customs duties and taxes: These are the responsibility of the customer. Shopify Marketplace typically includes duties and taxes in the offered shipping cost and remits the payment to the authorities, so you won’t need to handle those separately.


Store Pickup

If you’re in the Galveston, TX area, we’re happy to offer store pickup for local orders! Simply select this option at checkout, and you’ll see our store address displayed there.

For accurate item availability, we encourage you to call our customer service number to confirm if the item(s) you’re looking for are available at the store before heading over.

Your order will be ready within 24–72 hours, depending on availability.

We’ll send you an email when your order is all set for pickup.

Be sure to check our store business hours to make sure you can pick up during these times.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your package every step of the way!


Holiday Shipping Notice

Please note: During peak seasons (like holidays), shipping and processing may take longer due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated along the way.


Order Deadlines for Special Requests

If you need your order by a specific date, we suggest emailing us at customerservice@gabyandgrace.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and the date by which you need your items. We’ll do our best to make it happen, but please reach out ahead of time!
