Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

CANCEL MY ORDER
If you need to cancel your order, please notify info@gabyandgrace.com before
2pm CST on the date in which the order was placed, we will do a full refund if
notified as mentioned. Once your order has been shipped we are not able to
change your order.

RETURNS
If you are not HAPPY with our products, items can be returned up to 14 days after the shipping confirmation date for a refund, as store credit or exchange only if unworn, unwashed, with tags in original packaging and condition. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless defective; in this last case, please email us right away within 5 days after shipping confirmation to let us know about the defective item, we will work with you to replace the item or for an exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage or returned goods. We pack all our shipments with care and ask kindly our customers do the same when they need to return goods. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and optional insurance on returns. ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE. Discounted items are considered final sale with no exception.In the case of an Exchange, we will credit you with a gift card to be used as your preference in the store.Your Packing Slip must be enclosed with your return so that we know whom to credit. Shipping via a trackable manner is suggested as items returned to us that are not received are the responsibility of the Customer cannot be refunded.
